mkdirCreate the project folder
`mkdir <name>` makes a new directory. Every Node project starts as a plain folder — Node adds no magic structure, just files you create yourself.
Goal: Create a project folder called my-app
Run npm init -y to create the project manifest.
No files yet. Create one with touch app.js.
Empty. Try npm install express.
Not listening. A script exits when it finishes; a server stays alive on a port.
