DevOps Engineer (100% Remote — Tether / SSLabs Track)

Join the infrastructure engineering team supporting high-availability, mission-critical distributed systems and settlement infrastructure. You will architect, implement, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, automate mobile builds (iOS/Android) and cross-platform native C++ (CMake) compilation, manage container runtimes with Docker and Kubernetes, and operate resilient blockchain RPC/P2P node clusters under strict uptime and security requirements.

What You'll Do

• Architect, implement, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions, reusable workflows, and self-hosted runner pools
• Manage mobile CI/CD automation, including building, code signing, and publishing workflows for iOS (TestFlight) and Android (Google Play)
• Manage build, compilation, and cross-platform publishing pipelines for multi-language packages (TypeScript, C++, CMake, Node.js)
• Harden Linux production infrastructure: systemd service sandboxing, stateful nftables firewalling, and WireGuard VPN tunnels
• Define, provision, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, and AWS CDK with automated drift detection
• Build full-stack observability with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Alertmanager for Golden Signals (RED/USE metrics)
• Operate and secure distributed consensus and P2P RPC nodes supporting high-volume settlement networks (such as USDT and Bitcoin)
• Oversee release management practices: semantic versioning, SLSA Level 3 attestations, Cosign container signing, and SBOM generation

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of professional hands-on experience architecting and operating CI/CD pipelines at scale
• Deep expertise with GitHub Actions, workflow_call, matrix builds, and self-hosted runners
• Strong proficiency in Docker containerization, multi-stage optimization, and Kubernetes orchestration
• Solid background in Linux/Unix system administration, kernel tuning (sysctl, BBR), and networking security
• Experience with Test-Driven Deployment (TDD), automated integration testing, and E2E suites (Playwright, Testcontainers)
• Ability to thrive in an autonomous, 100% remote global engineering environment

Nice to Have

• Experience in high-availability, security-sensitive environments (fintech, blockchain, or distributed systems)
• Exposure to native C++ build systems (CMake, Ninja, Clang sanitizers)
• Experience managing mobile app signing (Fastlane Match, Keystore credentials)
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating blockchain RPC nodes (Ethereum, Bitcoin, P2P mesh protocols)
